This is a post for tutorial 3 and 4 i have forgotten to post it and saved it as a draft.
Today, we have a taskto do and i find them quite find and interesting.
2. Assuming that you have been appointed as the new CEO of YouTube, discuss in your groups answers to these questions :
• What are the factors that lead to the extreme popularity of YouTube, especially with keen competition from other social network services like Wiki, Blogs and Facebook.
• The article discusses some downsides to YouTube. How would you deal with these issues?
• What would be the future direction for YouTube?. Refer to the sections “Where is it going?” and “What are the implications for teaching and learning” for some ideas
The role gave us a different perspective of looking things from a different way.I have learnt that if we look thing in our own perspective we are considered very selfish.
Youtube generally serve as a normal website where i look into my friends like and look back into memories. A lot of my freind life video have been posted up there. More importantly, many of the camp's funny moment have been uploaded to youtube. (most of these camps are conducted by me as a Cadet Inspector.)
Click hereActually i can live without youtube because i do not go there for normal video daily. This might be due to the fact that i prefer studying and working on my project more then watching video.
How can we use youtube as a research tool?
Perhaps we can use them as a place where lecturer can post the class lecture on to the web and we can view them at home. If all the tertiary institution uses this we are able to look through each others lecturer and in that way more people can benefit.:)
